Onboarding Call:
Week 0

What Happens: We connect on a 30-minute strategy call to identify your clinic's goals, challenges, and opportunities. By the end of the call, we’ll present a custom strategy designed to generate 30+ qualified leads in 90 days.

Onboarding & Setup:
Week 1

What Happens: Once you’re onboarded, we activate our internal systems. From payment and contracts to brand surveys and Meta access, everything is streamlined and automated for a fast start. You’ll receive your own client portal, communication channel, and reporting dashboard.

Foundation & Funnel Buildout:
Week 1 - 2

What Happens: Behind the scenes, we build your lead-gen machine. This includes CRM setup, email and SMS automation, tracking tools, and your first landing page. At the same time, we prepare creative strategy and scripting for your first shoot.

Visual Production & Launch:
Week 3 - 4

What Happens: We execute your content shoot and deliver premium visuals within 14 days. As soon as assets are approved, we launch your first Meta campaigns and begin generating leads. Everything is plugged into a fully automated funnel system.

Performance Optimization: Week 4 and Ongoing

What Happens: We monitor campaign performance, analyze lead quality, and optimize conversion rates. This includes ongoing A/B testing, improving landing pages, and refining audience targeting to maximize ROI.

Review & Renewal: Continuous
